The Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) Mobile Application (App) and Information Security is an undergraduate course that involves the study of technical and practical aspects of computer applications and programming languages required for technological and economic progress. Candidates are trained with competency and technical skills that are necessary to design, develop, manage, and apply mobile-based applications to increase customer interest, engagement, communication, and business. Candidates are taught about application software, hardware technologies, management information systems (MIS), networking, systems development and management, and troubleshooting. It is an interdisciplinary subject involving the application of Electronics, Mathematics, Probability, and Statistics in the development of mobile applications, basic android, mobile architecture, mobile and wireless security, virtualization and cloud security, and business analysis and models through platforms including Windows Azure, VMware, and Red Hat.
Skills like project management, leadership, planning, and execution, analytical reasoning, decision-making, and entrepreneurship are enhanced through this course.
