The Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) Internet of Things (IoT) is an undergraduate course that involves the study of technical and practical aspects of computer applications and programming languages required for technological and economic progress. Candidates are trained with competency and technical skills that are necessary to design, develop, manage, and apply computer applications to increase customer interest, engagement, communication, and business. Candidates are taught about programming languages, display strategies, database-specific languages, and cloud technology services. It is an interdisciplinary subject involving the application of Electronics, Mathematics, Probability, and Statistics in C/Python programming, interfaces such as sensors, device programming with Raspberry Pi boards, network connectivity and Protocols, application development on Linux, execution of applications on cloud platforms, architecture and security and gateways and platforms.
Skills like project management, leadership, planning, and execution, analytical reasoning, decision-making, and entrepreneurship are enhanced through this course.
