Presidency University established by A.H. Memorial Educational Trust aims to be a world-class university through nurturing talents and transforming students to become successful professionals and responsible citizens. Excellence in teaching, best curriculum, efficient research, and study cell and service and community development is the foundation of teaching methodology in Presidency University. Presidency College has been accredited with an 'A' grade by NAAC.
The University includes institutions Presidency College, Hebbal, offering Undergraduate and Postgraduate Management and Commerce programs, a Business School and MCA, and other Computer Applications programs. The primary objective is to provide the education a caring and positive environment, to recognize and optimize every student’s full potential, to achieve personal standards of excellence in physical, cultural, and social development, and inculcate civic and human values.
In 2020, Presidency University won two ASSOCHAM Awards at the 13th Higher Education, Skill and Livelihood Conclave held at New Delhi – Most Progressive University (South) and Most Preferred B-School of the Year (South).
