What is CLAT-2021 Exam

• The Consortium of National Law Universities was established on 19/08/17 with the aim to achieve the highest standards of legal education in the country and justice system through legal education with Prof. R. Venkata Rao, erstwhile Vice-Chancellor, NLSIU as President and Prof. Faizan Mustafa, Vice-Chancellor, NALSAR as Vice-President.
• CLAT-2021 is a national level entrance exam for admissions to Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) law programs offered by 22 National Law Universities around the Country.

Fee

Registration fees:

• For General/ OBC/PwD/SAP  Category - Rs.4000/-
• For SC/ST Category - Rs.3000/-

Eligibility

For UG:

• Candidates should have passed and secured a minimum of 45% marks in 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board
• Candidates belonging to SC/ST should have secured 40%
• There is no upper age limit for appearing the CLAT-2021

For PG:

• Candidates should have passed and secured a minimum of 50% marks in LLB or an equivalent examination from a recognized board
• Candidates belonging to SC/ST should have secured 45%
• No upper age limit is prescribed for appearing in CLAT-2021.
